While I was trying to follow along with NVIDIA Cg tutorials, I did not find any information about how to compile and run the Cg examples provided with Cg Toolkit on the Mac, neither on the NVIDIA homepage nor on the web. So in this post I give a step by step procedure on how to create and setup a Xcode project in order to compile and run Cg programs.
